Kaitlan has a decade of experience in design and five years of leading internal creative teams through art direction and project management. She is known for advocating for design thinking, identifying and initiating systematic improvements, and wanting to create space for creatives to focus on their craft.

Most recently, she held the position of Creative Manager for a supplier of beverage lifestyle accessories with ten unique brands. During her time there, she enjoyed contributing to brand development, packaging design, and marketing while running the day-to-day operations for a team of designers, photographers, video producers, and copywriters.

Outside of work, you’ll find Kaitlan supporting local restaurants, volunteering with AIGA Link, watching movies with her husband, and taking long walks with their chihuahua-pitbull mix, Franklin.
