Rose Show

The Rose Show is an annual exhibition focusing exclusively on roses grown by families and students of Laurelhurst Grade School in Portland, Oregon. For the Centennial competition, I was inspired by bridging new and old by using a rose illustration from a vintage postcard as the primary graphic with a young modern typeface and bloom-inspired color palette.
